Ways to Give
Cash Gifts: A cash gift entitles the donor to receive a charitable income tax deduction in the year the gift is made. Cash gifts may be given for use by the school for all of its programs (unrestricted) or given for a specific program or special project (restricted).
Gifts of Securities: In most cases, an outright gift of appreciated securities entitles the donor to an income tax charitable deduction for the fair market value of the securities and, in the case of securities which have been held for more than a year, the avoidance of the capital gains tax. Planned Giving: A planned gift incorporates philanthropy with estate and financial planning to benefit both you and TCPS. Planned gifts can provide many financial and non-financial benefits to you, including fulfillment of philanthropic goals, tax savings, asset management, income, security, and gifts to family.
Participate in our Jogathon: While the Jogathon is one of our two annual fundraisers, the event is so much more. The day is a wonderful day for our community to come together and enjoy being with one another while enjoying some great food, awesome music, and the opportunity to bid on some unique and wonderful items in our auctions. Our students are able to help out as well by obtaining sponsors for the number of laps they complete.
Volunteer: Your time, talents, and expertise are valuable gifts you bring to the school. Volunteering brings many benefits to the school while allowing you the opportunity to get to know other families and become involved in the TCPS community.
Join Our Giving Partners
The Child's Primary School is pleased to be a part of some very useful school support programs. By joining these programs, parents and friends can contribute to the school through their everyday purchases.

- Participating merchants will make contributions to your chosen group, based on purchases made by you, just by using the cards you have registered.
- Your purchases are tracked online, allowing you to see just how much you are earning on your child's behalf!
